Section 36

No person shall be a party to any offence.
(2) With the intention of committing an offence, aiding and abetting such an offense or any other offence, or after committing an offence, driving away, concealing or providing means to commit or causing an offense or assisting in any other manner shall be considered personal preference.
(3) Matiyar will be punished as follows:-
(a) who engages in a criminal conspiracy and commits an offence, provides the means or place, deprives such person of the right of private defense against whom the offense is committed, or orders or advises the commission of an offence, shall be punished as if he had committed such an offence,
(b) If he commits a crime other than what is written in clause (a), according to the amount of his involvement in the crime, he will be punished up to half of the punishment for committing such crime.
